1. The Mathematics of Working Day Calculations
To calculate net working days between Date Start and Date End:
- Iterate through every date from Start to End inclusive.
- Filter out day 0 (Sunday) and day 6 (Saturday).
- Filter out any dates matching the user's custom excluded public holiday list.
- Return the net count of active commercial working days.
